TERMS FOR THE BOOKING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Fees:\u00a0<\/strong>All fees that are payable under any agreement shall be plus VAT (at the current rate and be payable to Creative Core Celeb.\u00a0 No fees at any time will be payable to any Artist\/s directly, without the prior written consent of Creative Core Celeb.\u00a0 All visas and related costs are to be organised and covered by the booker.

  2. The Artist\/s engaged under any Contract or Agreement will perform to the best of their ability at all times and it shall be understood that\u00a0ALL<\/strong>\u00a0re-bookings must and will be made through this Agency.<\/li><\/ol>
    1. It is agreed that if the Artist\/s booked have a television or film commitment not known to the Artist\/s or Creative Core Celeb at the time of signing this Booking Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, both the Artist\/s and Creative Core Celeb will be unconditionally released from this contract and not be held responsible for any costs of advertising or other costs in relation to the Artist\/s appearance.Creative Core Celeb will inform you of any television or film commitments as soon as they are known.<\/li><\/ol>
      1. It is agreed that where our Client is performing\/appearing with another artist\/s, Creative Core Celeb must be informed of all artists appearing for our prior approval.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. Illness:<\/strong> In the event of accident or illness preventing the Artist\/s from carrying out the booking, Creative Core Celeb shall not be held liable in the event that the Artist\/s cannot appear due to accident or illness. However, Creative Core Celeb will use its best endeavours to try and secure the services of another Artist\/s, but will not be held liable if they cannot.\u00a0 Should one of the members of (a band) be ill and unable to attend, the Management reserve the right to put in a deputy band member.<\/li><\/ol>
          1. Force Majeure:<\/strong> Creative Core Celeb shall not be held responsible if the Artist\/s cannot appear due to any of the following circumstances: National Mourning, War, Fire, Strikes or Lock-outs, directly affecting the venue or the order for the Licensing or any Public Authority having jurisdiction in any such event, notice must be given to Celebrity PR forthwith.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            1. Cancellations:<\/strong> All cancellations must be received in writing by Creative Core Celeb, with as much notice as practically possible.\u00a0 The full booking fee (plus VAT ) will become payable if cancellation is made within fourteen working days (14 working days) of the booking date or event.\u00a0 If cancellation is made between fifteen working days (15 working days) and thirty-one working days (31 working days) prior to the booking date or event, then 50% of the booking fee will be payable (plus VAT ).Creative Core Celeb have the right to cancel this agreement with immediate effect should the clients Company or any of its\u2019 subsidiaries become either insolvent, go into administration or commit a misdemeanour which could reflect badly on our client and look to the client for damages should our client\u2019s reputation be damaged in anyway whatsoever.<\/li><\/ol>
              1. Travel:\u00a0<\/strong>All travel costs for any Artist\/s booked through Creative Core Celeb will be paid for by you (the Client) at an amount to be agreed prior to the booking.\u00a0\u00a0 It shall be understood that Creative Core Celeb or the Artist\/s will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, breakdowns, industrial disputes which may affect any travel arrangements that are beyond their control.<\/li><\/ol>
                1. Deposits:<\/strong>\u00a0All deposits are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ol>
                  1. Disputes:<\/strong>\u00a0The laws of USA,England and Wales will govern any disputes arising from this Agreement.<\/li><\/ol>
                    1. Advertising and Promotions:<\/strong>\u00a0No advertising or promotion is allowed under any circumstances using the Artist\/s name or image unless Celeb Agents\/Celebrity PR Ltd has expressly given permission in writing and have also received a completed signed and engrossed contract.\u00a0 Any breach of this will render all dealings null and void and damages will be sought.<\/li>
                    2. All Accomodation of the Celebrity and is team will be paid by you<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

                      1. Purpose
                      The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions regarding the provision of security, accommodation, and other needs for our celebrity visitation to your location, with you assuming the financial responsibility.
                      2. Accommodation
                      You agree to provide suitable accommodation for celebrity during their visit. The accommodation will be clean, comfortable, and meet basic living standards. Any specific preferences or requirements of our celebrity regarding the accommodation should be communicated to you prior to the visit.
                      3. Other Needs
                      you understands that our celebrity may have additional needs during the visit, such as transportation, meals, and other personal requirements. you agrees to reasonably accommodate these needs or make suitable arrangements to ensure our celebrity comfort and satisfaction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      4. Financial Arrangements And Security
                      you agree to pay our celebrity the amount the brand placed on he\/she  before the visit, as a payment for the use of the management of private jet, security and the expenses incurred during their stay with you and also provide adequate security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our celebrity throughout he\/she visit period. This includes but is not limited to securing the accommodation, providing emergency contact information, and informing our celebrity of any local safety precautions. Any additional expenses beyond this amount shall be the sole responsibility of our celebrity, unless otherwise agreed upon by both Parties.
                      5. Termination
                      Either Party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice and in writing, stating the reasons for termination. In the event of termination.
                      6. Entire Agreement
                      This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
                      The undersigned hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.<\/p>
